  updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and
  was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like

  When I initially commented I appear to have clicked the
  -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a
  comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
  Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
