  Hello! I know this is kind of off-topic but I needed to ask.
  Does running a well-established website such as yours require a lot of work?
  I am completely new to writing a blog but I do write in my journal on a
  daily basis. I'd like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and feelings online.
  Please let me know if you have any kind of suggestions or tips for new aspiring bloggers.

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
  a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
